KarmBhumi Foundation is a registered charitable trust rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins with action. Established in Kanchrapara, West Bengal, we are driven by a vision to create a society where knowledge, compassion, and sustainability go hand in hand. Over the years, we have worked across education, environment, and social welfare — touching the lives of children, families, and communities across Bengal and beyond. Our goal is simple: to nurture responsible citizens who carry forward the values of care, culture, and collective growth.

We are more than an NGO — we are a community of educators, youth volunteers, cultural workers, and change-makers who believe in the power of people. Guided by our founder, Shri Nil Gupta, and supported by dedicated members from different walks of life, KarmBhumi brings together passion with purpose. Every member of our family — whether a child planting a sapling, a teacher guiding students, or a volunteer spreading awareness — contributes to building a stronger, more compassionate India. What We Do
KarmBhumi Foundation focuses on three interconnected pillars of impact —
